Find information on our elementary, middle and high school programs, and what to do before and after your class! A want versus a need. How to balance a checkbook. Don't you wish that someone had taught you those things as you were growing up?
Now there is someone. YOU.
All we need is your enthusiasm, life experience, and a willingness to teach children about how you took chances and shot for the stars. Junior Achievement provides the training, curriculum, and a classroom ready to meet you.
Your commitment could vary from a single school day to a weekly visit of one hour each for five to 10 weeks. It all depends on the grade level of the program you choose. You can choose your classroom based on a number of factors. We're flexible!
Before Your Class:
You'll be contacted by your JA office to set up training and give you classroom materials, or simply contact Carol Williams by e-mail at

, or by phone at (727) 530-0884. Fill out our JA Volunteer Biography Form. You will then be re-directed to the Pinellas County School Board Application.
Whether it's your first time in the classroom, or you're a long-time volunteer looking to get better acquainted with JA programs, you'll find our interactive Online Volunteer Orientation to be a big help.
After Your Class:
Have you recently taught a JA course? Let us know how it went by completing this form.
Do you know of anybody whose life was changed by a JA volunteer? Tell us about it!
